Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For contracts for the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

For contracts for the delivery of data not stored on a tangible medium, which are produced and provided in digital form (digital content), the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Nadine Jacobsen, Myuna Art, Kronskamp 136, 22880 Wedel, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

For contracts for the delivery of goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any case, no later than twenty-one days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the twenty-one-day period expires.

The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. This also applies to international customers.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the provision of digital content if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed to us that you are aware that your consent to the commencement of contract performance results in the loss of your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract, which sets forth the content of the contract including the aforementioned conditions for the premature expiration of the right of withdrawal, on a durable medium.
